Is it the regular secured, or the 99/500 secured?

I apped for a regular visa and was counter offered the 99/500 secured.  It usually graduates to unsecured after 12 months, sometimes sooner.

I dont know what the lowest amount for a regular secured card would be, but I highly recommend it, if you can find a way to swing it.

Good bank with CCs that will grow with you over time if you use it responsibly.

My scores were in the 670 range, but I had a CO with them in 2009, which is the reason they gave for not approving me for a regular visa.

Happy to be in with them again.

It is a very good card for rebuilders.  Usually, you need $99 just to get the $500.

Agreed!  OP- hope you're able to work it oit and get it because they will help you rebuild your credit history and get in with the big banks.

Congrats!!  I was just approved for the 99/500 with Rewards... (I applied for the regular 123 rewards and was counter offered).  I have heard that the 300 secured graduates too.. Goodluck and welcome to the club!

Thanks guy its the fully secured I had a experian fico of 610 in the denial letter I'm scratching my head trying to get the fund wish I hadn't spent so much on total and premier.

Is there a time period before their offer expires, like 6 or 8 weeks?

Hopefully you can get the funds before expiration, its a good oportunity for you.

Yeah there is a time period, itd be on the mail offer or in the email if they sent that.

Most of my offers were valid for 25-40 days out.
