I would really like to get the American Express Green or Gold, preferably the Gold.
Here is my situation, I have applied as recently as 1/5/16 and was declined but was told that my credit score is just 5 points away from the required amount. My utilization is very high on one card, there are no offers for me when I check for card offers and americanexpress.com, and the agencies from where I have purchased my scores all report differently, all were purchased on 4/9/16:
MyFico.com
Equifax - 703
TU - 712
Exp - No Score and No Data
Now through Equifax.com
Equifax - 658
TU - 640
Exp - 769
Now for Transunion.com
Equifax - 694
TU - 714
Exp - 634
Now for Experian.com
Equifax - 703
TU - 712
Exp - No Data
According to all, except Equifax.com, my numbers "should" be ok. What does everyone think?

Neither the scores you purchased from Equifax or Transunion are Fico 08 scores so toss them out because they meaningless. The reason your scores are identical on Experian and MyFico is because they are giving you true Fico 08 scores. However the fact that they show no score for Experian is a problem because that is the score that Amex uses all the time. I would wait until you both get your utilization down below 30% and you show a score for Experian before you try again.
Right, you need them Experian scores, as that is who they pull.

Thank you for the responses.
Regarding Experian, it says my history is 15 years, and it shows just one account that was closed in 2008. It *should* show my car lease, which is 12 months old, 1 credit card that is 5 years old,2 other credit cards that are 3 years old and my student loan - 5 years old. But nothing at all shows on the report, I can't believe that *none* of them report to Experian. I'm not even sure how to fix this.
As for AmEx, they must have used a different score because they had told me that I was only 5 points away from their minimum, and Experian has always shown No Data

Then you need to contact Experian because those should show on your report. Something is wrong that they need to address. Not sure what Amex is using but if your Experian score is similar to your other Fico scores it is well within the range to be approved.
