Information regarding a pending Capital One Application Status

I just applied for a Capital One QuickSilverOne card and it is in pending status with no notes. I applied today. This is the first time ever it is pending. Not the first time I applied. The other times I applied I was instantly denied with that 60 second screen. But I got that screen saying they need additional information. I called Capital One and they see no notes for information and it is pending for review, I think they said manual review. Does this mean I could be approved?

I'm in the same boat as you.

I applied for the quicksilver 1 today and got the same noticed. Called and she said it was still pending and I would be nofied of what was needed. I'm just happy it wasn't an instant denial. I have a cap 1 secured and just got my 3rd statement. I've had tons of baddies removed in the previous 3 months and all FICO scores sitting at 600 (give or take a few points).

I'm such in impatient person! I'll probably try calling back tomorrow. I did combine my husband income with mine (his is substantial) but being that I live in a community property state I don't see it being an issue but they may want proof.

What Capital One Department approves or declines the applications and what is the phone number to reach that department directly?

Update: My application I submitted yesterday was not approved.

Php111 - how did you find out? Did you call it were you notified by email?

I called back today and they said my app was still pending review

I still have not received a letter by mail. I'm going to give it until Monday and follow up by phone again if I haven't heard from them. Still crossing my fingers!

Update: received a letter today requesting income verification. Will let you know the response!
