I’ve been trying to check for a discover pre-qual for a week now.
After I submit the pre-qual form, I get this…
“Oops. Something went wrong.”
Is anyone else having this problem?

I don’t have an account with them yet.
I would get this message when one of my reports was frozen. I have an account and have for years and will get a pre-qual when my report is unlocked.
No more free EQ scores for people that have Discover accounts.. Had the issue as well and have an account prior weeks was able to get scores weekly. Friend used it fine on Saturday and got pre-qualified and approved so most likely people that have discover accounts and aren't eligible for another card aka under a year are most likely are all getting this message. Just my opinion what is going on.
I get that for American Express prequalify. It could just be they took it down. But why have the link up if it’s down? It’s right on their homepage to check and prequalify. Such is banks and the internet...
