WAAAYYY too soon. The soonest Ive seen someone with a BK get an unsecured card with them was a little over 2 yrs post DC. They declined me at 2 yrs, and ive rebuilt nicely. They have criteria you have to meet with scores, accts, etcc..post DC first.
i just, today, spoke with a representative their and she said 2 yrs post BK before they will consider.

They declined me 4 years post BK. Reasons listed:
Bankruptcy
Too many inquiries
Sufficient lines of credit
I have noticed they are getting very stingy with what they give out....imo
