Is a PenFed CLI request a hard or soft pull?

I logged in and saw the CLI request button. I owe them $4k on my $11k limit Amex and $3k on my $7k limit Visa. The reason I owe them is because a took advantage of some BT options a few months ago. Both accounts have been open for over 6 months. So, will they hard or soft pull me, if I request a CLI?
