Others have had good luck by doing two apps, back to back, to get two such CapOne cards right away.

It is possible, though no guarantee, that the same set of three HP are used for both cards.

With the single APR on the prequal, I'd say it's a pretty good bet to get the Venture, then you can cross your fingers to hope for the same HP to be used

Update:

I received an alert from CK this morning and I had two HP on my EQ CR and one HP on my TU CR last night for Cap1. Currently, I can't check my EX CR. So much for the same HP.
