Is it to soon to apply for another card?

I am looking into applying for the Sam's Master Card because the 5% on gas, 3% on travel/dinning, and 1% on everything else seems very appealing to me. I had a thin line when I applied for the Capital One so I am very new to credit. My stats are in my signature. No missed payments. I was wondering if it is to soon to apply for the master card at Sam's. If anyone has applied what was your score? I was planning on applying in April when they do $40 off your purchase.

I would think you can sure go for it, but just don't be shocked if you don't get.  They are one that uses "their" scoring and not FICO scores and I'm like -1000!    So, you may get but just keep that in mind.  Good luck.
