BAsically they are saying it was a soft pull. Be happy it was not a Hard pull denial. just wait 30 days and try again. in the early stages of jcrew many times i was denied. If you are really serious. record the date on a calender and exactly every 31 days ask for increase. This is how to get the jcrew to roll. between 6 and 9 months. ask for multiple increases. using this approach mine from from $300 t0 10k in less than a year.
