Kind Of Perfect Timing?

So I was denied the NFCU Platinum card. I was told I have limited experience which I believe means my relationship with NFCU is too new.. At some point after all this passes I will explore the Secured card to work my way into NFCU.

Now I was just doing my rounds of Prequals and for the first time ever I am preapproved for the Costco VISA with a decent set APR rate of 15%...

I have a costco membership, I could totally put my gas cost on it. I am wondering if the SL will be lower than $5k ... Has anyone recently been preapproved for the costco card and recieved a decent limit?

That's awesome!! The Citi Costco VISA is pretty great if you're already a Costco member anyway. I also think they tend to be more generous with this card than other Citi cards. I applied last year after my oldest account hit 1 year and I was approved for an $8,500 SL. I'm 9 months in and I've gotten it up to $13k now.

What are your scores and account ages (oldest, average, youngest)?

ETA - Went back to find my stats at the time of application. When I applied for the Costco Citi Visa, I waited until my oldest card turned 1 year old. I had three CCs and an auto loan. My youngest account was 7 months and my AAoA was 8.5 months. My Fico 8 scores were: 735 (TU), 728 (EQ), 740 (EX).
