Thanks! I never knew that Barclays had the SCT until you posted it. Then, I saw that someone else had it too, through the Apple card. I can't get crap from Barclays. So even though it will be a hard pull in then end, that is something to look into in the next year or so, to see if I qualify for anything from them.

When i app'd i was at 683, possibly, as i was at 697 before my app spree, so im not exactly sure what they saw. Was approved only for $2,000 but am gonna give em a call when i get get my card this week. See what happens.

Also SCT TRICK worked for me last month for the Barclay's LL BEAN Visa. But I just assumed it was because I have the Barclay's Rewards MC. Popped up automatically like every other sct card.

For the record my inquiries were 21TU, 11 Eq, 13 Ex. Fico8 664EQ, 683EX, 697TU

Got denied - here's my data for others thinking about it(I'm assuming they pulled EX):

EX08 - 661

Total TL - $44150(9% overall usage at the moment) - My highest single CC util is my NFCU card @ 20%

Inquiries - 7 prior to this app(I've apped probably 2-3 times this year I think)

Total Accts: 5 open, 4 closed

Baddies: 1 public record(medical - paid, 3 years old; I also have a paid medical collection but it doesn't show on EX)

AAoA: 1.8 years

Oldest Acct: 4.2 years

Think that's all the info I have. Probably a combination of too thin of a file, too many inq lately for a thin file, baddies listed, FICO score too low, heh.

Hope this helps. Going to go grow my new Amex/Chase cards, and pay off my NFCU card for awhile now.
