Last night I requested a CLI on my Kohl's card as I am now past the 6 month mark of it being opened. I got denied. Just got an alert a little bit ago saying Kohl's had requested a copy of my report. Logged into my Kohl's account and noticed CLI. WTH? Any time I have requested a CLI with them, I have never had them do a HP.

On the upside, at least the CLI was approved.
It is just weird because it was denied when I requested it last night, and then the next afternoon I get a HP and a CLI. My mom was approved for a CLI last night without a HP.
