Called in this morning (first I was locked out of online banking... I had the user name and password in my cell phone to reference!)
She unlocked my account and I go to reset my password with the same one I was typing which got me locked out and the system said you can't use the same password as previous (epic!)
Change that.
Then she says did you apply online or over the phone for the credit line.
I said the phone
Do you remember who you spoke with?
I said lending department, who was speaking to some manager, who then needed to send it over to the main office (the girl I'm speaking to is in main office) AND that's wonderful that it got sent to main office because I had to take a 2nd hp because I wasn't speaking with the main office and was told lending and main office are different departments, so not sure why or how that works out!
oh, okay, let me see if i can reach someone in lending department to check on the line.

Oh she dialed up CRAZY
she comes back after over 5 minutes... she is speaking to lending/loans... who knows... she doesn't seem to know the 2 different departments but either way they can't find my application so far... she asks if i would like to continue hold or if perhaps they could call me back.
I was like NO, ill hold because yoru credit union has FAILED at every step of the process and I spent over 20 minutes on the phone yesterday with a lady answering questions (and NO I don't have her name for the 4th time!) and she was suppose to be credit but clearly was putting me on hold to talk to someone in credit and then in the end said it needed to be transferred to main branch, you... so if someone can't find that application and prcoess it now, someone better figure out how to start removing hp's off my credit report and closing these worthless bank accounts!

she finally comes back, they found the application in another system... they were going to input it in to process.
huh?
im not really sure, but she is going to input it in now and call you before the end of the day.
about the only thing that could bring this credit union back from the death row i find them on now would be an approval!!

well i thought since it said my original password wwasn't correct and locked me out i would use it again but then it said that was the same password... I used a different one.

I saw the other thread and took a look at the cards, but I couldn't find anything remotely interesting in the three choices available. It looked like several tried to join though. What was the initial attraction?

I am completely exhausted reading this...i need a drink. Langley has issues
There seems to be a lack of intelligence within Langley's ranks.
If you get "fired" from the CIA, does that mean that you are actually transfered to work at their CU?
