Gonna swing for it lol, my EXP just updated to 741 , I'm just waiting on TU and EQ as Chase pulls them at times as well. The moment I get the notice Ill swing the bat and update you. Thank you for all your replies
Another reason I looked at the CSR was the 10k Min - it would help my Util , how soon do you think I can get the CSP to 10k limit?

You mean if your checking account falling back to your savings account for backup funding would hinder your chances of getting approved for the Sapphire Reserve? Honestly I really don't know. If the checking account wasn't actually overdrawn then I assume it's probably fine. Personally though if you're opening the Prestige and Amex Platinum as well then I'd say you don't have much benefit to gain by getting the Sapphire Reserve over the Preferred. The Prestige has better trip delay, prestige and Platinum have better roadside, they all have global entry and priority pass, and the Sapphire Preferred lets you use Chase's transfer partners just as well.

FOr what its worth, I was approved for the CSR and the CSP on the same day (back in '16 you could have both).
The CSR starting limit was $25,200
The CSP starting limit was $8000
I was able to CLI the CSP to $14,500 after 18 months of heavy use.
I would suggest applying for the CSR and if they deny then apply immediately for the CSP. YMMV.
Good Luck.
