Lowes CLI - Do they actually SP on the spot ?

Just curious if anybody know when asking for a CLI on Lowes do they SP on the spot or do they use the last SP from the account review ?

I am about to ask for one, but do not know if I should wait until i see a fresh SP on my TU or not.

In reviewing mine, it looks like they did an SP at the time of the request.  Not sure though if that's the case all the time

definitely a new SP if you call. Not sure what they use if you request online.They have been very accomodating by phone, not so much via online for me
