Its been 99.9 % always a hard pull on tu. if you use the card a lot, and pay it off in large one time monthly payments, they will approve u. If your tu score is above 700 and cr looks decent, approval usually. For me, ever 6 months grants an approval if im above 700 thats been my experience.

Also once you have your boa card for at least 13-15 months, google boa retentions dept. phone # they can usually grant u some kind of your a good card holder luv

You wont beleive. BOA do HP for transferring the credit limit from one card to other card. :X

Yes, this is correct.  Sorry if you weren't aware but BOA and Citi are well known to HP when reallocating CLs between accounts.  Just FYI.
