Man, PenFed website sure is wild

existing Penfed customer, flipping thru card offers and hit a "pre approve with no hit" button. Asks me to log in. Then complete the info thats not filled out, hit the Go button, emails me a "your reports are locked, unlock EX and test us back at ##### with UNFROZEN and we will get back with you. So I do.. and I do. no text response from them. next day no email or update. Go to website, there is an "pending app" notice on top of my existing accounts,  so i click, says status is "pending" and there is a "resume" button. Click "resume" "Goodbye, thanks for visiting us!" or whatever.  Logged in, clicked resume again, same thing.

I can call em, but man, never seen a CU website so wonky.

Re: Man, PenFed website sure is wild

I have my Gold card 1 1/2 years and I decided to request a cli, I clicked on the request line increase tab and was immediately sent to a page involving business bank accounts, not even credit cards. I dont have a business.

When I applied for my two cc's with them a while back individually I was instantly zonked with a  404 error page, It took a while to find out if I was approved. Their BT system used to be a nightmare, they seem to have cleaned that up a bit.

You would imagine a CU as large as Penfed could find an IT tech/company that could revamp that site, its been like that 2 years.

Sharing the Penfed website opinions, but that happens to my NFCU account. About every 5th time I go to log in from a desktop, I get bumped to their Business site which I don't have any accounts for. Refreshing the page fixes it. Strange.

My NFCU accounts did that for a while, then I called in and they fixed it.
