Marriott Bonvoy

Good day,

I applied for the Marriott Bonvoy card and got a message that they will send me an answer via mail in 7 to 10 business days.  I immediately called Chase and was told the same thing from my online message.  Do anybody have any information regarding this card and who can I call to have my application re-evaluated?  Thanks in advance.

Look for analyst or app recon. They'll probably require you to have the letter before calling them even though they can totally see the reasons.

If you are over 5/24 (5 cards in 24 months) that decision will stand unfortunately.  Not sure if you are or not
