I read posts on the forum that many have been successful in getting their limits increased by calling Credit Solutions. I called them and was denied. I got the denial notice in the mail and it stated that I have had insufficient experience with my current account for them to rate it appropriately. Does this mean I should wait a few months (6-mos)? I've had other Synchrony cards with limits ranging from $1,500 (Chevron) - $ 10,000 (Lowes) and have always paid my account in full before statements are even generated. For those that were successful in getting their limit increased, did you have to give them some crazy sob story?
I have plenty of credit cards and my utilization is ~4% with an available limit > $100k. The only times I carry a balance on a card are on promotional purchases to where my rate is @ 0% (Care Credit). From the letter they sent, my FICO was @ 696.
Since the card is only good for dining and entertainment purchases, why bother?

Sync is one of the easier banks to drive CLs up in a relatively short amount of time. Higher CLs lead to higher CLs on other cards, so it makes sense.
