Yes, they pull all 3. I just applied for it today, credit scores in the high 600s and Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged in December 2020. Approved with $5000 limit. I just went on an app spree and opened 5 cards recently and the Menards was the 5th! My signature is outdated and I need to update the cards in it.
Capital One allows you to see if you're prequalified with a soft pull so I recommend doing that if you're interested.
