Chase IHG Traveler (a separate card from IHG Premier) is also $2k.

Also too note just because you get a 5000 credit line at Wells Fargo does not guarntee it will be Visa Signature. My grandfather and cousin bout have CLs over 5000 and its just a Platnium Card.
Bank of America non-secured Cash Rewards and Travel Rewards have a minimum SL of $500. If you're approved for $5000 or more they may issue a Visa Signature or World Mastercard (or World Elite Mastercard, not sure which)
