I apped for it in the middle of the night and got a 2-4 weeks message. Gah I knew I shouldn't have apped for it but was trigger happy since I usually go to Vegas once a year with my family and was looking at rooms. I know FNBO usually manually reviews the apps but I have a feeling this might now go well for me because I've been approved for 4 new accounts in the past few months, my EX is 685 but the utl is high because of textbooks. Lesson learned, don't go looking at apps in the middle of the night. Back to the garden I go, no more apps from me anytime soon.
FNBO works that way. At least they did with me. They did send me an email and said I was approved for 2 but only wanted one. Give them a couple of days.

I just go approved for this card for 9200. There was an issue with the MGM Rewards site which I think affected the credit cards. I applied on July 20th and just got approved today. There's still hope. I have a ton on new accounts and inq's on EX
