Your BK is old enough so that TU and EX will do an early exclusion.. why not try that first?

I'm in the dreaded 7 - 10 day "further review" holding pattern.

Went down to branch again and found out that my application was denied due to BK. Called recon line and spoke to very cool gentleman who I pled my case to and am now waiting yet again. Fingers crossed.

Good luck I'm hoping you get it.  You've done right since your BK you deserve it.  Hopefully they see it the same way.  Did you tell them of your traveling and spending habits regarding travel every month?

That was my main response when they asked why I was applying for the CSR. After going back and reading other stories I'm kind of surprised that they told me reconsideration would take 24 - 48 hours. All other stories that I have seen related to BK denials they stated 2 weeks or 30 days.

Funny how one can start trying to read something out of anything. Time will tell.

I have an offer from United for 50,000 bonus miles for Mileage Plus Explorer card. I wonder if while I am waiting I should apply for that too since? Anyone have any thoughts?
