They denied me the card last year, I forget the reason why.
I direct deposited a few dollars a paycheck into NASA savings, and paid off a random credit card whenever a significant amount accumulated. About 10 months later (4 months ago) I applied again and was granted the card and a $30,000 starting limit.
I think NASA hasn't changed a bit. They just have their rules and procedures, whatever those may be, kind of like Barclays.
