I applied for a NASA card 2 months after joining, and they denied me using the credit pull from when I applied 2 months earlier.

I heard nothing, not even a "your app is pending" email so I sent an internal PM inquiring about status, very cordial reply ending with "Declined".

I replied, why? No further response. Not even, you'll receive a letter by snailmail in 7-10 days

Great customer service?!?

I have no idea which CR they pulled or if it was recent vs joining one month ago.
