NASA app intervals?

Opened a checking/savings account 11/14. Apped for a CC & PLOC 3/15 which was SNAFU'd by an Ex freeze. Finally resolved and they hit me with a double Ex HP AND declined me for both!

I was so infuriated, I was a click away from closing my account. My Ex is low 700s and I will give NASA one more attempt.

Anyone familiar or have experience in reapplying and the optimal time interval?

That's plenty of time.  I was first denied early in 11/14 and was declined.  My scores jumped quite a bit in December and in late December I tried again was instantly approved for $25 K. Good luck
