NASAFCU question, HP or SP after membership?

I became a member of NASAFCU almost 4 months ago and immediately app'd for a card, can't remember which one, probably the rewards card.

Anyway, it was denied, with a SP.

Question is, if I app again now, will it still be a SP?

I've since paid down $20k in cc debt, so I feel I'm in a better place now, file wise. EX is my strongest score too.

Pulled the trigger anyway....got this message: "System is unable to process your application at this time. We apologize. Please try again later."

When you do apply again let us know if it's a sp. I'm in the same situation.

Was actually thinking about hitting it again now...but Im tired so I'll sleep on it.

My bankcard EX is 723, EX 08 is 711....wonder which they'll pull, or will it be the same pull from 4 months ago.

The same thing happened to me last night! What the heck does that mean? Does it mean we dont qualify yet?

Well aint this some bull**bleep**e.
I just got a credit sesame alert for an inquiry by NASA.

So much for their sysyem being down and unable to process my request.

Good thing i didnt try it again later as NASA suggested i do.

I applied from membership late last year, it was a SP. I immediatley applied for the credit card and it was a SP. I applied for a car loan and line of credit this year, both approved and both were a SP. I was amazed! Don't know what their criteria is for HP or SP but 3 credit products for me months apart and only SP. YMMV

My problem is yesterday when i applied, they said 'unable to process your request, please try again later,'. I didnt try again later though and i got a hp from an app that didnt go thru
