@OmarGB9 Not sure I can answer your question. Here is what I get when I follow the steps I outlined above:
I'm sorry your not seeing this. And as others have stated, sometimes you may call in and get a rep that is new or just not quite as knowledgeable about their process yet to give you the information upfront.
This is what I get:
No prequalify button for me! Would you mind posting the link? I tried googling it, but couldn't find it there either.
I guess I'll also try calling again and see if another CSR understands my request better.

Read through it all. Seems many people had trouble getting the button to show up. Found a direct link to the prequal page on there, too, but it gives me an error. Maybe they took the prequal down again?
@Anonymousdid you happen to click the prequalify button?
Also

THAT'S the link I was asking about, not the link to the credit cards page. lol

That prequal link yielded:
@OmarGB9 Yes, I have used it in the past just out of curiousity. It's always worked as far as giving prequals. I just doubt their accuracy.
Just roll the dice and apply. Unsecure 1st, then secured 2nd. If you can't get in with Navy, at least you will have a baseline as what needs improvement.

That's the link I got from that Navy prequal thread. But yes, I get that error too if I try to navigate to it.
@AnonymousWould you mind trying it now? As you can see above, if that button you are seeing happens to lead to that same url above, I would think you'd get that same error. If you happen to get sent to a different url, would you mind linking it here?
@Heatt99yes I will try it. You have a good point about getting a baseline. Hopefully I get approved for the unsecured, but even if I don't, if I can at least get the secured, I'd be okay with that because at least it graduates.
Also, I'd like to take this moment to thank everyone for their input. It is much appreciated. I do plan on going for it next month once I pay down my cards and pay off one of those COs.
@OmarGB9 It's not available now...link is gone.
