I have had nothing but good experiences with them - but you know more about their policies than their CEO lol. I've had the card for over a year... and it originally had a 20k limit... But when I got the flagship rewards I moved the CL over so I'd have the higher limit on the card that gives me the points :-)

online you should be able to go back to the $20k with the CLI if you would stop getting the error.
