NFCU Credit Card Email Offer?

Hi Everyone!

I received an email from NFCU that say the following:

Special offers for you, Bradley

Pick any card and receive a 2.99% fixed intro APR on balance transfers for 12 months and zero balance transfer fees! After that, a variable rate between 7.99% APR and 18% APR applies.1

I currently have 2 creidt cards with them and an auto loan. I have been denied a credit line increase on both cards over the past few months because of "insufficent income". Is this just a generic email or does it mean that I am pre approved for anohter card? When I login in to my online account, nothing shows up in the offers tab. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Just a marketing type email.

Advertising their CC promo they have going for new cards and/or current card holders.

I got the same email....promo thats going on...its even on their home page.
