All of my CLI, either auto or by me hitting the button on their site has always been a SP...and even when you ask for more then what they are willing to give with a SP...they will counter offer or allow you to continue with a manual review (that may trigger a HP) to get what you want.
i would at least call....they have got the be the friendliest and easiest bank out there...GREAT people there.
