I think 3 or 4 times a year.  They seem to alternate between one for the Cash Rewards (currently have one for that card) and the Flagship.  Unless for some reason you're in a big hurry, I'd wait.  Helps to offset the AF for that card.  Just a suggestion

I think that they just did one for the Flagship last month.
