Really getting fed up with the games these institutions play with people's credit. I avoid many of them like the plague for this very reason.


FICO only cares about the HP for one year, it's ignored after that


True, but as you know, FICO isn't the only determinant.  That 2 years of most recent data in the profile often is more important.

BofA: Citi:US Bank:Chase:Aven:RH:

Spend: Less than 10k per year organic (frugal). MS varies, can be more significant.

Exactly.  People forget that approvals are based on profile, not score.  The score just gets you in the door.
