I would stick it out with Nasa since it was a SP and you can rectify the address issue.. Patience is your friend, although it is tough as I have little of it.. Just make sure you keep on following through it until you finally get the card!

Recon, this is crazy. Call and get someone on the phone that has any idea of something what-so-ever as this is all weird reasons.. I have never heard of such things from Nasa
