Re: Nasa FCU question

Ugh, now they're saying something about a bad address. Good gracious. The person who could fix it isn't available now but they'll call me back.

Any other credit unions out there a bit more with it, that maybe give out decent credit lines?

Re: Nasa FCU question

I would stick it out with Nasa since it was a SP and you can rectify the address issue.. Patience is your friend, although it is tough as I have little of it..  Just make sure you keep on following through it until you finally get the card!

Re: Nasa FCU question

They're supposed to call me back, eventually. The address as they have it is completely valid. I have no idea what the issue is. They said on the phone I should absolutely be able to see it online. The card was ordered Monday, then she dug a little deeper and saw the address issue and verified it with me. Not sure what exactly is going on behind the curtain. I took it off my sig until I see the darn thing.

Sigh. Patience is not something I have an abundance of, either.

Re: Nasa FCU question

The denial letters came today, they're saying suspected fraud. Multiple alias (given, legal name change and married name but they're all similar), 2 date of births and 2 socials from experian. I see none of those and the stupid site won't give me a report number or consumer adverse action report errors out.

Now I'm terrified something crazy is going on. I didn't even get s phone call, I could have sent documentation! And supposedly the card was mailed out on the 11th, so what the heck!?

Do I recon? Are their decisions final? It looks like it was denied the moment I applied.

Recon, this is crazy.  Call and get someone on the phone that has any idea of something what-so-ever as this is all weird reasons..  I have never heard of such things from Nasa

Re: Nasa FCU question

They supposedly approved a credit card, and mailed it the 11th. What doesn't make sense is this denial the same day. Different department? I'm baffled. I can't see any of this info. And now that I check on fico reports its listing an address as last year that is 20 years old.
