OK, so I seen where they (Navy) have Done a AR on 12/29 th, So I'm trying to put in for a CLI,
BUT I keep getting this Again, happen to me last time, just had to dump cookies and stuff and reapply, well not working have tried 3 different computers too, anyone keep getting too?

Clear your cookies in your browser or use a difference browser. It happens from time to time but the steps I stated will solve the problem.

I have, even used another computer and get the same thing thanks 4 ur hp

Yes , I tried all the above and also 3 different computers.
I had that problem a while back on my account as well. You need to call them up and speak to a MSR. It sounds like NFCU has placed an alert on your account (their way of saying needs further review or not eligible). If you call up there you can find out from the MSR exactly what and why the alert is on the account. Let us know what happens!
It could also be that you are close to your statement closing for the month and
it will not go through until then. It happened to me last week and once the time
period passed, I went online, applied and was approved for $5000 counteroffer
increase bringing card limit to $20000.

OK so before I called them, I tried to Transfer some money from my Saving to my Checking and this happens
1) the same error page comes up, the same 1 that's been coming up on the Credit Line Increase
I was like HUH?? so I try it again
2) second time I get a pop up saying that I have exceeded my Limit of 6 times per month on Transfers , again, I was Like **bleep**!!!
SO,
I called , the rep said all was fine with my accounts , so she moved the money over for me. she then transferred me over to Credit Card dept and she told me that all was fine with my Credit Cards.
So.she then went on and said that she can put the request in for the credit line increase. I was like SURE, if it's a SOFT PULL only, she said, No it would be a HARD PULL, I ask can u do a soft pull on it, she said No and it would be a Hard Pull doing it by the LUV BUTTON too. I was like Thanks but No thanks........
So I tried again today with same results ,, UGH
There is no guarantee that if you do it online it will be a SP. You have the same odds of it being a SP online as you do on the phone. Why not just have them do it over the phone?
