Decided to submit my first CLI request last night and during the process the app crashed towards the end and I wasn't sure if it went through. No email or message indicating denial or being received, I resubmitted this morning to be certain. Just not sure how they'll take it if they get a duplicate

it will just kick back a denial if the first one went through, no harm
if it wasn't instantly approved, keep a look out on the CL for that card in the app/website to see if you see any change
I'll be honest, I'm expecting a denial. First card with them and the limit was $500, I just asked to be increased to $2000 because I'm paying my current card off 2 times a week because of low limit. It appears this requires manual review because of the enormous amount being requested

if it's been 91 days since approval, you could be elgible to go up to as high as $1500, and then if you get $1500, in 181 days after that you can go up to $4500 and then in 181 days from then from then you can go up to $13,500.
I would also contact navy and ask them to disable automatic credit line increases, as they could give you less than the maximum they are willing to give you
Is it the CL max total $1500 from $500 or is it I can request $1500 increase for a total of $2000. If that makes sense
Also, I just noticed my 3rd statement is 2 days away but it's been 100 days since first being approved

it's 3x or $8,000 for the maximum CLI, whichever is less
so 500 * 3 = $1500
$1500 * 3 = $4500
$4500 + 8000 = $13,500
you might need the third statement to print in order to be eligible, I've never paid attention to if that's been required or not, just the 91 days/181 days thing
Well **bleep**, maybe that's why it went to review and not instant. I assumed that you could request 3 times your limit, so $1500 and if approved it would make the total CL on the card $2000. The question posed on the app says "what do you want your limit to be?" At least that's what I thought it said, so I put $2000
Also, it sounded like 91/3 was 91 days or 3 statements either or

They would have instantly countered and approved for the maximum amount allowed if it was instantly approved
If declined, you'll get a letter with the reason hopefully it's just too soon, and if it is, you can just apply again after the third statement
If not I would apply for a CLI every month when your FICO updates
I thought it was Amex that does the 3x CLI's and NFCU does up to $8k per CLI?
