Re: Navy Fed CLI (Which FICO version)

Hey @Mad12345  NFCU uses TU, but they have their own TU scoring model that they use for new accounts, and quite possibly for CLI's too.  It ranges from 100-450.

If you received the credit disclosure letter at the time that your new card account was opened, you'll notice your "NFCU TU" score listed.  I've learned that these may not be comparable to FICO 8 or 9.  When I app'd recently my TU Fico 8 was an 814, but NFCU score was 331.

Yes I did notice that. Had no idea where that number came from. Thank you for your help. Mine was 322.

@Mad12345      I will say this and hopefully it helps but depending on your profile 650 range and up is what a Representative saw was a lot of HIT OR MISS....700 up was likely easier approved and yes they also do look at things like their Internal Score, your relationship with them (length with them) as well as your Debt to Income/UTL will play a part.     ^^     But they usually start everyone out pretty low and just build quick and typically people see a bigger SL on their Second Card if you play your cards right (See what I did there)   XD
