Of course I know he still has a ways to go, he's only a year out of BK.
@Ivylicious1908, I would suggest that He start a relationship with Navy. Even if it is a secure card.
You can add Him as an AU also. Cannot see that this would hurt to do both. JMHO

I had too many cards report a balance this month and got whacked. 788 went down to 775.
😞
@Anonymous wrote:My $200 NRewards unsecured last month to $2,000 Cash Rewards. I immediately asked for an increase to $3,500 and they countered to $2,900. 😊😊👍
My question is when should i apply for a second card? Which card should i go for?
@Anonymous ..
Go for the card that would fit your spend the best. Also look at the sign up bonuses
Wow! Fico9 likes me so much more than Fico8!!!
Navy updated me from 671 to 713!!! (First time seeing a 700+)
Discover scorecard only 611 to 624!!
I am still beyond happy with the increases, and look forward to pulling the 3B from MyFico after my cards report on the 6th and 7th!
I agree I went from 697 to 720!!!

Thanks for the heads up @EverForward !
Awww ... dangit. No progress at all this month.
It seems I'm stuck at 850 for three months in a row.
Hopefully I ask the question in a way that makes sense. I've searched the board a bit and haven't located the answer (and it's likely I've overlooked it...in addition to everything going on in the world and work being insane right now, I had a couple deaths in my family the last couple weeks so my brain is fried). Forgive me if I've overlooked the answer.
My FICO9 on NFCU has spiked up to 747 from 704.
I have a GoRewards Card with a limit of $16k. My last CLI was on 12/28/19.
I've never applied for a CLOC.
Hi @Anonymous , First off, my sincere condolences for your losses
I answered some things in RED and then put a some thoughts at the very bottom.

- Can I apply for another CLI on 06/29/20 (or sooner)? 6 Months
- What is the max for GoRewards? $25K at least.
I've never applied for a CLOC.
- If I want to do that, is it safe to apply for CLOC now and then try for the CLI later on the GoRewards? Navy is pretty tight with CLOC's
- Do you need to apply for both at once? NO! can apply separately, Should be a SP for CLI on CC , HP on EQ for CLOC
- What is the CLOC max and is it like with most that you try for the max and let them counter? $15K is max for the CLOC
In a nutshell, You would most likely get more by applying for a 2nd card with Navy, You could apply now.
Then you could ask for a CLI on your 1st card at 6 Months. (06/29/20)?
Unless you absolutely need the CLOC, I would steer clear of that, The APR is not that great, you will take a EQ HP
and they are NOT handing out $15K CLOC"s like candy ..(They used to) You might get $500-$1500 on average.
I still say your best bet is to apply for a 2nd card. And you can do so now.
Good Luck!
