When I log into my account, in the offer tab, the Amex with 30k points is showing up. What are the chances I’d be approved? I was doing so good gardening

In my experience, the Flagship when I was at a 590 TU FICO09 was real. But the CLOC was apparently not a month later at a 610 EQ FICO09. The card was instant, $8k. I would hope they are real and was quite disappointed after being lured into a wasted HP for the CLOC.

It's only a HP in the end.

I’m playing Devil’s Advocate and vote for staying in the garden. So, will you beat yourself up if you come out of the garden, get a HP and a small SL, or worse, get denied.
