Need New Credit Pull w/Existing CC's

I have been applying for CLI with all my creditors that have readily available luv buttons, and I have been repeatedly getting denied, I noticed today on my Paypal Credit adverse action letter of denial, that I'm being denied because all of my credit accounts are referencing old credit reports dates! For example my denial letter today referenced a credit report date from Jan 2018, my score is up about 70pts from that time, how can I get them to pull a new report to consider my increase?

Do you have your accounts frozen at any of the bureaus? (Many members here put a credit freeze on all bureaus after the Equifax breach last year)

No, no freezes, it seems like all my creditors are attempting to pull softs and that is why I'm getting old reports coming up. I have to find a way to get them to pull a new hard report. I called Citi tonight and asked them to pull a hard EX report and the outsourced customer service rep had a very hard time figuring out what I was asking for, I will try again during normal business hours.

Several creditors will use an old SP for CLIs; may take a month or so to get one updated. To get a fresh pull you may have to call and have them do a HP, or wait for an updated SP.
Cap1 may be a couple months behind for me, Citi a month or so.

I can't believe they would still be pulling from January. Most update after the monthly statement cuts. Surely say with Amex, depending on the date. They would be pulling from at least March. Without knowing nay more info than what you posted, i can't say that they are all worth a HP for a CLI. Especially not within 6 months time, maybe if it's been two years w/o an increase.

Paypal credit is doing the same for me. I am getting denied off a soft pull done in January. I am also having the same problem with Capital One and my comenity cards.
