The AARP, off the AARP site, offers the usual 100 bonus, and 12 months 0%. Don't know about going through the amazon link for discover, but the AARP 0% could offset the lack of 0% on the discover.
Wait 6 months to year, then get really great terms on any chase card you like.If this is so, then i'm at least twice a winner.
Its definitely a YMMV however i have gotten 3 within 4 months. Freedom - June. CSP - August, Slate - September

I thought its always been that. Maybe when we app multiple times in such a short amount of time, the computer gets confused (like those goats that faint mid-stride and just fall over when they hear a loud noise) and it lets apps go through
Well, pulled the trigger on the AARP card. $6,600 credit line. I can't wait til Monday morning to recon my CLI. Hmm... to go after the Freedom or not to? May just challenge myself to no restaurants for 3 months so I don't feel like I missed out on the 5% restaurants.
