**UPDATE**
After considering everyones helpful input I used some of the prequal tools and took a look at what I was pre approved for. First things first I had myself removed as an AU from the card with a high balance, so in about 30 days that will fall off. As I had stated capital one had given me the most options of all crdit lenders. I cosindered the types of things that I pay for most on a monthly basis and decided to go for the C1 Savor1 card. I applied from the pre approval page and was approved for the card almost instantly, $5k limit, 0% APR for 15 months and 24.99% after that. Thank you everyone for your advice and help. Heres to paying in full each month and the beginning of a new credit journey!

. . . for someone starting out, 1.5% makes a perfectly fine everything else card. The difference between 2% and 1.5% is small enough . . .
And a strong argument can be (and has been) made that a 1.5% card with a SUB (which I did not get because it was a PC) makes more cash back than a 2% card with no sub for a long time. With a $200 SUB on a 1.5% card, it would take $40k of spend for the 2% card to catch up with it.

I could see myself using my QS for quite a while, if it had a reasonable CL like yours. But mine is stuck at $300, which is crippling.
Mine had a $300 SL back in November 2015. It's been a long road to get it to $5k+.

Congrats! That's a very nice card, and a very nice limit. APR is pretty bad, but if you pay in full every month, who cares?
It's also a useful DP. Sounds like we can add Capital One to the list of lenders who are good with AUs.
