Called recon line to req product upgrade from my Arrivals card to the Arrivals plus. Was told that is not possible. Req CLI on Arrivals card from 1.5 k to 7.5 k declined for having too many recent inquiries. I think the explanation I gave them was lacking in substance. Kind of caught me off guard
