Nordstrom CLI HP?

Called Nordstrom CSR to get a CLI from $3.8K to whatever they would give me. I have had the card for a few months and since then my credit has gone from the late 600's to the 7's and I have used the card to $1.5K even though I PIF. Anyway, as far as I knew CLI's with Nordstrom were SP. The CSR told me they may have to do a HP. Not gauranteed that it would HP, but for me it's not worth it. Anyone else heard of this before?

no its not HP unless the account is not eligible for the sp increase and you still wana go for it only than it will be a HP...so the bottom line is if you are not getting any increase with sp hang up and try again later happened to me on visa signature the account was not eligible and i was told if i still want the increase it would be HP i refused and 45 days later got the auto luv 5k increase with sp
