Nordstrom EO contact or recon?

Hello,

Applied for Nordstrom card, declined for inquiries. Have 11 recent was autoshopping. They told me this was only decline reason. No lates ever. 741 score under 10% dti SOLID income. Any advice?

I would call them and ask them to reconsider. They have historically been good about reviewing declined aps. Just explain that the 11 recent inquiries were for a car loan.

The worst they can say is, no. A recon is no guarantee of course; however, since you used the inquiry, it is worth a second look.
