Hi
I have no Fico Score and only 1 open secured accnt 3mo reporting.
Ex- N/A
Eq/Tu 700/700 VS3
All the Cap One rewards cards Pre approvals succesful
Was just approved for Cap One Walmart MC
But only 300 CL
Can/should I try for one of the other cards before anything changes?

You probably need to wait 6 months between Cap1 approvals.
I'm not sure if you're allowed to double dip between Walmart and a regular Cap1 card, I wouldn't risk it.
I'd wait 6 months if your new to credit so FICO can generate a score. I believe it is 6 months between apps. Branded or not. Someone can verify.
If you get another Cap1 card, there is no doubt it will bucketed with a low limit.
Another good starter card to look into is DiscoverIT, but you will most likely be secured......but there is room to grow with Discover unlike Cap1.
The 6 month rule only applies to their core products. You have the chance to be approved for cobranded cards at any time interval. That being said, you may want to weigh the cost of three HPs for a possible denial. As the others stated already with their good advice, you're likely pushing your luck with another approval after landing a $300 SL with Wal Mart. But, I guess there's only one way to find out. Make sure you post the outcome if you apply for DPs sake. Good luck either way. Have you tried AMEX? They're often new file frindly and have a preapproval tool.
With the Cap1 WM MC app they did a HP for all 3 CRA. But it's the only HP on file.
I havent applied for anything in like a decade. No Fico has been generated.
Except for GoldMan Sachs who provided a Black Ops Fico score of 589 that all 3 CRA can't produce.

CapOne credit explanation
**Your credit score is not available from Equifax, Experian or TransUnion, which are consumer reporting agencies, because they may not have enough information about your credit history to calculate a score.**
Somehow Prior
Goldman Sachs Bank USA received your credit score from Equifax Information Services LLC.
Your credit score is a number that reflects the information in your consumer report. Your credit score can change, depending on how the information in your consumer report changes.
Your credit score as of January 20, 2023: 589
Scores range from a low of 300 to a high of 850.
The take away is
CapOne WalMart MC will answer the prayers of those with no credit. The 28.99% APR doesn't feel great besidea 5/3/1% rewards it's possible I believe to get 15¢/gal at their gas station which is pretty great. Also this approvals may not last I feel like its risk they they are willing to take to get anyone to sub to Walmart+
Pre Apps now being rejected due to the recently open card. There was definitely a window.
