I tried to get the pop up for this stupid card forever.  Hopefully it's verification, but they already denied me for Crate & Barrel a couple months ago.

OMG why do I listen to you guys.  So I call account protection and it goes something like this:

ME:  Hello I applied for the Overstock store card and didn't get a decision, can I provide some information to complete the application?

COMENITY:  Sir do you have a letter with an application ID on it?

ME:  No I don't have any magical letter, with the evolution of the computer are you able to look it up in your system?

COMENITY:  The only thing I can look up is your existing account.

ME:  Thank you, as usual I'm glad I called for nothing.  Click.
