PC from platinum to venture one

I recently contacted Capital One's EO to see if the can pc my platinum card to a venture one. I currently receive miles on the plat. Does capital one usually grant such requests? When I called at first the nice lady I spoke to on 06/03 stated she doesn't see it under my features but she will submit the request, but I call back today and the lady I spoke wouldn't give me the status at first but asked why did I need to pc if I already receive miles. Long story short she said it takes a week or two for review,what are my chances? Thanks myfico family!

If they approve your request, the card picture on your Capital One login will change from the Plat to the Venture. You'll probably see that change before they call you or send you a letter.

My picture changed but not the name of the card yet. And I got an email welcoming me to my new PCed card.

How long did it take for them to approve your pc? And how long have you had your card before the pc.
