PCed CSP to FU. Wait for CSR?

I got a CSP in early 2015 and earned the bonus. I kept it a few years and PCed it to Freedom Unlimited earlier this month. I am 4/24.

Is there some suggested length of time I wait before applying for CSR?

Personal spend: Amex Gold, Amex Schwab Plat., BofA PR+CCR(x2), Costco
Business use: Amex Bus. Plat., BBP, Lowes Amex AU, CFU AU
Perks: Delta Plat., United Explorer, IHG49, Hyatt, "Old SPG"
Mostly SD: Freedom Flex, Freedom, Arrival
Upgrade/Downgrade games: ED, BCE
SUB chasing: AA Platinum Select

Believe wait until your FU statement cuts although you can certainly call them up and ask to make sure of the timing. Rather be safe than sorry on wasting a HP if possible also ensuring you get the bonus, etc.

And since the $300 credit is now by a 12-month rolling cardmember year, instead of by calendar year, there are no particularly good or bad times of the year to apply?

That is correct they fixed that loop hole.
