PayPal Credit (non-card) What is it? FAQ etc

Anybody have this? I noticed the credit card, but man I wish I signed up for this a long time ago. Maybe I didn't because I thought there was an annual fee or monthly maintenance fees. Anyways it's a HP, but since no card is issued does it count towards 5/24? It is considered a loan/tradeline or revolving credit?

Revolving credit line that you can access through paypal. Gives you promo financing from Synchrony bank.

Pretty sure all revolving lines count toward 5/24

It reports as a credit card for account type anyway.

I have had it since it was Comenity BML (BillMeLater)

No annual or Maintenance fee's. It does count towards 5/24

Handy for 6 month 0% promotional financing.

(make sure you pay it off 100% before promotional expiration date)

ETA: CLI's are SP

Reports as "Credit Card - Revolving"
